On December 3, by the Conference “Information society of Ukraine: achievements and reform priorities” the Joint Programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe “Strengthening the Information Society in Ukraine” summed up the results of its work in Ukraine. There were discussed issues not only concerning the path traversed, but also about the challenges ahead.
