According to the Law of Ukraine “On amending the certain laws of Ukraine on ensuring transparency of the media ownership, as well as implementation of the state policy principles in the area of television and radio broadcasting” the National Council has elaborated the draft Procedures for submitting information on the ownership structure by TV and radio organisations and programme service providers and adoption of the relevant forms of documents. It is provided for public consultation.
